Does anyone have sprint for their cell phone provider?

Have you ever forgetton your password/username. I have because they promted me a couple months ago to change everything to they way they wanted it. They want this amount of numbers and this amount of characters. It's my bloody phone i should be able to pick the passwords to whatever constaints i feel. So inevitably i've forgotten. And now trying to get the information is like trying to get into fort knox. They ask for your pin number? Where would i find this? Is there a way to get this pin number? Why is Sprint (NYSE: S) such a b*tch?
