...12 year old girl? has to be carrier, no pre paid. i made a deal with my mom that i can pay for the bill with monthly allowance, except i forget sometime. so she said if i do it for 2 months straight that will prove it. but what is a good phone and plan.

Alltel has great plans. They start out at a very low price, where as AT&T or Verizon (NYSE: VZ) can be more costly with more features you may not use.
