Default Can I use Nextel i355 phone in Cingular Service? Or Cingular Palm Treo 600...

...in Nextel Service? I would like to know whether the Nextel network accept GSM phones? i355 or i580 phones use SIM cards. Does it means can we use other moblie services with those phones. Thanks for take a look.
