I have got to say Verizon (NYSE: VZ) by far, although it isn't cheap.

December is a long time from now.
But don't go with Tmobile. They suck. They will be good to you for like your first year of service with them and then they'll treat you like crap.
My family had this problem and now we're going to Verizon (NYSE: VZ) or ATT this summer as soon as our contract ends.
Good Luck!

It all depends on your area. TMobile has the lowest plan prices but AT&T has roll over mins, so it just depends on what is important to you
