how to restore the lost symbian OS for nokia 5300?

Scenario that happened:
Iwas on the middle of updating my symbian OS for Nokia (NYSE: NOK) 5300 until such a time that it was disconnectd in the middle of updating. my USB is working and every split of second I hear the sound of connected and disconnected USB cable. what should I do??

my Apple (NSDQ: AAPL) macbook and ipod shuffle on the way to my home lost my Nokia (NYSE: NOK) N95 and all the beautiful memories stored inside it. I lost a lot of important calls, messages and information stored in my phone and today went to the police station and lodget a FIR so that i can recover my same cell phone number though i cannot get back the mobile handset. I was always told the new mobile phones can be tracked with mobile phone trackers even if the handset is lost using the EMIE Number and we can recover the phone back. If anyone of you know about this technology let me know so i can do something about my lost mobile phone Nokia N 95. I purchased that Nokia N95 mobile phone on june 20th 2007 which is not even 3 months i used that phone.
