Default Cell Phone Deals?
K, my dad will only get me a phone if it has a cheap deal. He wants to get two phones (for my bro and myself). I want a phone that I can listen to music on, maybe like a white chocolate (my dream phone right now), but I don't know if I'll be able to get any phone with music for a cheap deal. I don't want to buy online or a used phone if there is such a thing. I want a new cheap deal phone with music. Is that possible? and if so how? Got any advise? Please help I NEED a phone with music on it!!!

Cheap is a relative issue. Did your dad give you a budget?
Have you considered making the deal that he pays for a certain amount and you pay for anything over than amount?
