| Getting it started on Amazon wouldn't be a problem. Choosing T mobile will be. I had T mobile. They assured me and my husband several times that we would have excellent coverage. They lied. We had to drive at least 2 miles from home to get service, and phones wouldn't work in the next town which was 10 miles away. T mobile lied to get us to keep service, and to run out the buyer's remorse period. They kept coming up with ridiculous things we needed to do to oiur phones. They put in FIVE work orders and no one knew why we didn't have coverage. I called 13 times *not exaggeration, I have them all written down* and had to chat on line at least 9 times. They even decided to send us new SIM cards and wanted US to pay for them. We didn't because I told them to check the records of the problems we had and then they gave them to us for free. Didn't work. So they sent new phones. Didn't work either. Three different agents told us that because they couldn't honor their end of the deal, we wouldn't be charged an early termination fee. They also told us to keep the old phones and the new phones. They lied again, because we received a bill a few weeks ago. I would never recommend to anyone to choose T mobile. I also know several other people who have had similar problems. One agent tells you one thing and the next says its wrong. Too much hassle and stupid customer service reps. |

| Don't put any personal information on the Internet. It is dangerous. Find a T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) store and sign up that way. Yes you will have a monthly bill. The people who work at T-Mobile can help you. You can also call their toll free number as well.http://www.t-mobile.com/contact.aspx Hope this helps. |
