T-Mobile Even More Plus family plans question?

i was thinking about getting the family plan with 1500 whenever minutes, but when i go into that plan it also says u get unlimited domestic messaging...i was wondering if this was true because they also have a unlimited text + talk plan....also i was wondering if the unlimited messaging meant only with T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) phones or with all cell phones.... if you could help me out i would greatly appreciate it
