Your T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) minutes stop being free at 7:00am the next morning, except on weekends. On Friday at 9:00pm your minute are free up until 7:00am the next Monday.

As long as the call was started during the 9pm to 6:59:59am time frame it would be free, even if the call continues after 7am... BUT if you get a call ANYTIME before 9pm even though the call is going on during the 9pm time since it started prior to free time it would take minutes.
