T Mobile Unlimited Messaging Plan - Facebook?

I have a unlimited messaging plan and Facebook. I have the mobile texts service activated... It told me that standard messaging rates apply
Since I have the unlimited messaging plan... Would it cost $$$?
What about E-Mail, IM, and the other stuff?
