t-mobile is doing away with my faves. what other companies offer good plans.?

have t-mobile. contract ending. searching for new phone.
dealer says you can keep your old phone 'my faves' plan BUT new phones no longer support 'my faves' so you will need a new plan.
the new plan that matches my current will be an additional $60.

what other companies offer good plans?

i'm looking for 4 lines. unlimited text.
some kind of discount for calling the same numbers regardless what company the phone belongs to.
