whats wrong with t mobile service?

im trying to call people who have t mobile and its all like a disconnected sound. only when i call people from other networks it works fine. when people call me they recieve the same reply.. we tried using from other phones not from t mobile..even t moile customer service is the same response....WHATS REALLY GOING ON?

my problem is that my phone doesnt ring when i get a call. so yesterday i friend called me at 2pm and i didn't get anything telling me i had a missed call until around 4am the next day. also i dont get messages until hours sometimes days later. and i know its not my phone because everyone i know with this crappy service is experiencing the same things.

i have the same problem i cant call anyone from T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) or call my own phone but i can call land lines and there internet service is not working either

mine is not back up...i also have a sidekick which all my contacts were gone for a good three weeks, along with everything else on the phone. wtf tmobile...c'mon
