Why am I being charged two fees to change my plan on T-Mobile? Even More Plus plan?

Please help!? Hello!
I currently have a T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) MyFaves Flexpay plan.
I want to upgrade to one of T-Mobile's new Even More Plus plans.

However, when I go to switch over, it charges me these two fees:
Fees: $35.00
Charges for Plan Changes (11/28/09 - 12/27/09): $20.00
And, on top of that, they want to charge me $10 tax!

Is this right? Can someone please explain these charges to me? I don't understand why I am being asked to pay $65 to switch plans!

I used to have flex pay and they do charge fees to change your plans. I'm not sure why but probably because it's a prepaid service. They wanted to charge me fees for the current month and the next month. It was crazy how much they wanted to charge so I switched over to the regular monthly service.
