I want to sign up for a new t mobile contract and get a new phone for a good price (a touch screen). Which is the best place I should go? Should I go to a tmobile store? Bestbuy? Where can I get the best deal?

they have the biggest variety.
but if you want to go to a store id say go straight to a tmobile store, they know the most about their stuff
