In Richmond Indiana, which cell phone carrier (AT&T, T-Mobile, etc) is best?

I need to buy a new cell phone, but I need help choosing what carrier to get.

I like T-Mobile's plans better than AT&T (T-Mobile's seem to get more minutes for what you pay), but AT&T gets more bars. Verizon (NYSE: VZ) gets "digital coverage," but their Customer Service people are way too confusing (I don't understand what "digital coverage" even means anyway).

I want a plan that's less than $45 a month too.

OK. I used to live in Richmond..just moved from there 2 years ago..Um..I went through Centenial wireless. Really good service!! It's not anywhere else...so...beware of that..I mean..they run off of singular towers...my phone worked in my new house that is 2 hours away from richmond...BUT they don't have any other offices..around..here. LOL. I know a lot of people have Prepaid Sprint...Verizon...just sucks. Period. Can you hear me now? should REALLY be the theme of the reason why you SHOULDN"T buy their service. LOL.
I know my phone service was around $60 a month. Not $45...but way worth it. My phone got broke. They replaced it for free. It got stolen..they gave me the numbers that the person who stole it called and I called them and got my phone back..they were going to just get me another phone, but...I wanted mine. I hope I helped a little bit!!
