Default I'm planning on switching from AT&T to T-Mobile when my contract expires and I was
wondering... about when I should sign up with T-Mobile.

I planned on using wirefly.com to sign up for a contract with T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) and I also planned on keeping my same number from AT&T but I was wondering when I should do it exactly.

My contract expires September 20.

Should I sign up for it before my contract expires? (And about how many days before? Would I get charged an early termination fee?) Or after? (And would that prevent me from keeping my number?)
