Default Can we split off T-Mobile Family Plan? (Breakup situation!!)?

Hi, My boyfriend (soon to be ex) have tmobile cell phones. We just signed up for the plan in June. I'm wondering if we can split the phone plans up even though we're still under contract for 2 years.

Any tips....
