How can i convince my parents to get me a cell phone plan from T-Mobile?

i have a pre paid account from at&t right now and it really sux. cuz the fone is really cheap and bad and i wanna switch to tmobile and i want the sidekick. so any tips on how to convice them? and wat r ur opinions on tmobile?
