 cingular customer service security code help.? basically i forgot my password that i need to get customer support. i cant go to the store asap n show my ID blah blah blah. i need help NOW. what do i do to get that password? its actually for my friends mom and SHE EVEN FORGOT....  |

| No, actually theres no other verification methods if you've set up a password. You're S-O-L til the account holder goes to a CORP store with a picture ID |
