Which service should I go with for a family plan, or any plan, cingular or sprint?

| I currently have nextel and use Sprint (NYSE: S) for my wireless internet. The service on the sprint usb wireless card has been decent so far. I'm currently interested in activating a family plan so that my girlfriend and I can just share a bill. I have family on Cingular and they say that it is expensive, and that there are hidden fees. Many people that use sprint have told me that the service is poor. Which service should I go with if both are available to me? AT&T or SPRINT |

| Cingular doesn't exist any more. It's now AT&T. I wouldn't give them a thing. You'd be better off with Sprint. |

| I had nextel and I had a lot of problems with my phone. The billing system just would not syncronize with the tower I was getting the signal with. It was a problem that in 2 years I was never able to fix, and talking to their customer service was a nightmare. I now have Sprint (NYSE: S) because my husband and his family have sprint, and we save A LOT of money with a family plan of 2 phones for 59.99 - 550 minutes. The service is ok, from cellphone to cellphone the quality of the call is not very good. I think you need to figure out which one will save you more money? Sprint usually gives you a time to test their phones so if you get it and you dont like it you can return it. Maybe if you want cingular you can convince your girlfriend to switch? Good luck |

| best service and customer service is going to be with Cingular now the new AT&T. it would also help with family and friends being on the same network seeing as those min. will be free. we have the most users, so more likely that people will be on your network. ask for the 550 family talk plan, and you can always ask for activation fees to be waived. unlimited family talk text 29.99. make sure to call 611 after you leave the store to check features you dont need weren't added. |
