How to Get Service on Cect P168 (I phone Clone) with Cingular/ATT Pre Paid SIM.?

I'm trying to get service on my newly purchased Cect P168 I bought on E bay using a Pre Paid SIM I got with my previous phone, and haven't been able to find anything online, can someone please me me with this or give me a few details on this?
