| I know that Verizon (NYSE: VZ) doesn't use SIM cards. I was wondering if a verizon phone can be cracked to be able to use another service. The model is motorola, there is a slot for a SIM card but it would not fit any of mine |

| You can't. That slot is for the memory card more than likely. Verizon (NYSE: VZ) is CDMA, and there is no way to "crack" it to make it work on a GSM network, it is just impossible. You need a GSM phone to use on Cingular/AT&T.
