| ...is service.? My battery shows a full charge. It used to be that when this happened I could turn the phone off and then when I turned the phone back on, it would show "Cingular" on the display and have service, but this isn't working anymore. Anything I should try before I have to go to the AT&T store? Thanks for your responses. |

| Do other Cingular phones still work properly there? There is a way of having some phones reset themselves to work with different towers, but mine doesn't have that feature and is not Cingular. Check your manual to see about that. |

| If power cycling did not get the service back, you need to call AT&T customer care. There may be an outage preventing the usage of your fon in that/those areas, therefore, power cycling will not do a thing. Call 800 331 0500 |
