 How do I cancel terrible Cingular service w/out paying cancelation fee? Our Cingular sevice was terrible from the beginning. We reguarly dropped calls on I-95, between Boston and NY, the busiest stretch of highway in the country. We never got reception at our old home or our current home. When we finally switched to Sprint, they tacked on a $175 cancellation fee, which we knew was coming but was worth switching anyway. Is there a way to get out of the fee based on how bad the service was, or somebody we can contact besides their lowly operators?  |
