Does anyone know how to connect a telephone to the Telus equipment?

About 2 weeks ago a Telus (NYSE: TU) Techn. Came to our house and connected our TV and high speed internet, but we did not have a Telephone at that time so he left a phone line cable and yellow cable and did not say anything about how to do the connection does anyone know how to connect the phone.
