How do i get my pictures off of a telus LG keybo when I saved them to

the internal memory, not the SD card? I have some important pictures I took for a biology lab on my cell phone because I thought I could download them on to my computer but it seems like I can't because I had it saved to the internal memory. So I really need to know if there's a way around that. Thanks
