(Telus) LG Keybo Headset?

So with the headset, it works great for music and calls, but what does the button on the clip do?? (Little silver button on the mic/volume clip that has a phone symbol on it.) I've tried using it for: answering a call, hanging up, pause/pay music, and nothing...does it do anything?
