Getting out of my TELUS contract?

Hi,

I have been having issues with my Telus (NYSE: TU) text messaging for a while now, I'm not receiving texts from Rogers (NYSE: RCI) clients. I called CS and was advised this was a problem they are aware of and there is nothing they could do. My friend said he was told the same thing months ago, so clearly thats enough time to get it resolved

Can I get out of my contract because of this? Also I know that you can cancel your contract if they change the terms or fees, since they are getting rid of the system access fee, would I be able to cancel because of that?

Im really just ready to be done with TELUS
