Telus Keybo Phone "Music Syncing"?

I just got a new Keybo phone from Telus (NYSE: TU) and I am having troubles putting music on it. I followed all the instructions, put in the "micro SD" memory chip, and activated it through the phone. The first time I tried it out, I only put a few songs on it and it worked. So I went to go put more songs on it and I was succesful to sync them on, but when I went to open my music player it said that I had no songs!! When I connect it back to my computer it says all the songs are on there and I can ever play them on my windows media player. I cant figure it out, Please help!!
