What is your opinion Shaw or Telus?

I have been using Telus (NYSE: TU) and without warning, they have sent me a disconnection notice if I don't stop exceeding my usage limit. In your experience who is the better isp and why? I am thinking of changing and would like some oppinions. Thanks!
