Do you pay in credit when you buy Mobile 3 Games?

I live in Australia and I am on the $29 cap on 3.

I bought a $8 game the other day and will it get charged to my credits or will I have to pay extra like in MONEY ?

Note: Yes I only bought a $8 game because I had lots of credit and I wouldn't have if you had to pay extra.
