applyed for 3 mobile phone but am having problem with bank account number..plz help?

i recently tried to apply for a mobile phone plan on 3 with the b2700 mobile phone...but when it comes to entering my account number..it doesn't seem to work...i'm pretty sure that i'm entering in the right numbers but it continues to say that i still need to enter in my account number..
