How do i get my iPhone 3gs version 3.1.2 to send mms via t mobile UK?

Hi guys i have an iPhone 3gs running on 3.1.2 firmware and it have entered the following settings so i can use the mms feature. i enter the settings the reboot my iPhone 3gs and i can see the photo icon when i go send a message. but when i try to send the mms it stops at about half way and doesn't send i was in a 3g area and my internet through safari on t mobile works. what shall i do?? contact me on richardsonashley@msn.com
