They have the worst customer service
They have worst technical advice
The worst network coverage
If you were to ask them what the weather was like today... they would answer... Thank you very much sir/madam... please switch your handset off.. remove the battery and take the sim card out... wait 30 seconds and put it all back together again... Now sir/madam... Has that solved your problem...

no,, i think T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) is,, but i think 3 has gotten better internet wise, because you can download windows live messenger for free,, and i went on myspace the other day and tht must be free coz ive got no credit on my phone!!

hmm,dunno about that one.I'd vote orange anyday,they're bloody useless!My cousin's with 3 and she says they're crap and cant wait till her contract with them ends!

Yes they are even worse than TMobile. I'd never use them again.
