 Computer Question
On April 10, I bought a Tracfone item and was charged the proper sales tax percentage (for my county) of 7%. On April 17, I bought another item from Tracfone and was charged Sales Tax of 8%. I spoke to several representatives and two supervisors, but was unable to get through to them as to fixing the problem. I even wrote a letter to Tracfone headquarters in Miami, FL, but that didn't help, either. To me, it's a question of total ineptness, and I wonder if anyone else has had a similar experience. |
