http://straighttalk.com/ chose between 3 of THEIR phones though. Uses Verizon/ATT cellular service – sold in Wal Mart, but not locally YET!! You can have them ship the phones to a Wal-Mart near you – which may be cheaper to do from ordering it online or over the phone.
Can be refilled at Walmart either locally or online OR on your cell phone. You can ‘port’ (transfer and use) your existing number to the cell phone.
