Should I get Virgin Mobile or Tracfone , and T-Mobile?

I am hate paying more than 60 a month on my cell phone bill. I am look for a good prepaid and plan, or pay as you go. I use less than 200 minutes a month, but i use text messages more than 500 or more a month. What is the best phone service for me? What prepaid service is cheap for text messages and call? What has the best coverage so i get all of my text message and calls?
