Why is Us Cellular charging me for pics separately even though I have an unlimited

messaging plan? Okay so my parents are like freaking out because they got charged a ton of money for my picture messages the last two months. 25 cents per pic. I have had my phone for 4 months and this has never happened to me before. I have the unlimited messaging plan which is supposed to include texts, pics, and flix. Why are they suddenly charging my parents?
