Does US Cellular provide service in San jose,CA?

Hi.
I have a question about US Cellular .I'm really interested to apply for a plan from us cellular company because of their great offer that gives you free incoming-calls from anywhere. but as far as I got they don't provide any service in south bay area or specially San Jose area in California and have no store near by.(when you enter the zip code) but in other hand their coverage shows something else and I see a full coverage on the map above the south bay area in blue parts!! I'm now confused and not exactly sure that if I could use us cellular service if I order the phone online from my area (San Jose) and use it here.

I'll appreciate hearing from anyone that had same issue and experience or any ideas. Thanks
