i have an iphone and if i get it unlocked will us cellular let me use it?

No, US Cellular is CDMA, meaning they don't use SIM Cards. An unlocked phone makes it so you can use a SIM Card from any service, but if you don't have a SIM Card or your service uses CDMA, it won't work.
