Us Cellular Problem.?

Hi, im on a plan with US Cellular. I pay 55$ per month for the 350 minute plan and the 750 txt messages. But my question is, Do I have to pay a month if i dont even use my phone? Ive already didnt pay my month in may, and i went in june and i just paid for the current month. So do I have to pay this month if i dont use my phone?
