is there a charge if a family member drops out early from your family plan with US...

...CELLULAR?!? my mom and i share a cell phone plan...I am the 2nd line and I would really like to drop and go to boost mobile.... what I am wondering is, is there a charge if I leave her plan? can you explain how you know this... and if you could guess, how much would it be? thanks!
