Verizon wireless blitz (cell phone) connection help? please help!!!!!!?

When i go to my music on my Verizon (NYSE: VZ) wireless blitz in the right corner of the music thing is says Sync... and when i click it it says connecting.... so i have my cable in the phone and a little thing on my computer pops up saying Found new hardware so i try to install it but on my computer it says Cannot install this hardware an error occured during the installation of the device The specified service dose not exist as an installed service and on my phone it says Connect Failure Please check your cable connection to the PC.... so i check everything and everything is perfectly attached.... so i was wondering if anyone els had this problem and fixed it........... PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!
