| provider from Verizon (NYSE: VZ) to ATT? My contract is up with Verizon at the end of this month and my family and I want to go in together on a plan with ATT and get IPhones, But my husband is in a separate family plan also from Verizon. Is there any way to get out of Verizon and in with ATT and IPhones without very much hassle? |

| ATT is the best carrier for families no question. They are the only company to offer a-list and rollover minutes at the same time. Plus their plans are EXACTALLY the same. I'm not kidding. The prices are the same You could easily switch over to att by just going to a store. There, they would switch your numbers over to att, shut off your Verizon (NYSE: VZ) service, and get you set up with your own phone and voice mail along with helping you choose your plan that best fits your family. The advantages of switching to att is that you keep EVERY minute that you pay for by getting rollover at no additional cost. You will also get unlimited calling to all 81.6 Million other att customers The disadvantages may seem like nothing depending where you are located at. If you live in a city then you won't notice any problems. Even if the town is a little small, att should have good coverage where your at. The problem may be that you won't be able to use your phone in an unmapped desert somewhere in the middle of nowhereville like you can on verizon. One thing I need to point out is that having iPhone's is a little pricey. It requires a $30 data plan that is required for every iPhone on the account. That can add up but based on customer reviews, the people who have iPhone's say that its a fair price to pay since they do tend to use lots of data compared to the average data user. So overall, the benefit of switching to ATT for wireless would beat out Verizon especially for families. So hope you guys find ATT as good as I do for my family's needs for wireless. Good luck |
