 ebay/half.com is really the best option you have, I wouldn't really recommend Craigslist unless you can find a phone you want from a local seller, due to the fact that craigslist won't care if you get cheated unlike ebay. you could just try a Verizon (NYSE: VZ) store, they might have some refurbished phones they'd be willing to sell.  |

| i would say eBay or TIGERDIRECT.COM everything in tigerdirect.com is VERY cheap. unless you want to maybe not use Verizon (NYSE: VZ) then you can have any cool phones you want but searching for "unlocked tri band" cellphones through ebay. =) (although you'll need a SIM card) |
