 Bought a cell phone off ebay the esn number is clear and i called verizon... ...and they said? ESN is fine and clean..I turn the phone on and it gets no service..i mean there is no signal no bars at all..i am in a very strong signal area..any ideas? without any signal i could not activate it  |
