my Verizon cell phone(chocolate 1) broke before the contract end?

well...i bought my phone last year in May?? yeah
and it's not like broke but then the battery is keep ran out quickly.
when im on the phone i have full battery, but if i talk on the phone like 3 mins, then it says powering down....
it really stress me out and same as text too. i can't do anythng with this phone.,
is there anyway i can get new one? or some way to solve my problem?

If you have warranty, you could probably return your broken phone and receive a new one.

But your best bet would be to call Verizon.

I had the chocolate one. In fact, i had 6 of them. To be honest, they are crap. If i were you, i would save some money and go on ebay. Thats what i did...
