 Is it possible to buy prepaid cell phone cards (for a Verizon Inpulse phone) at a... ...discount? I've shopped at electronics stores, cell phone stores, and the mass merchandisers, but they all charge cover price for these cards. Is it possible to, for example, buy a $30 card for $20 or $25 in any way?  |

| SpeedyPin Mobile (http://mobile.speedypin.com) has the Verizon (NYSE: VZ) Inpulse refill cards at discount. You can buy them online in PIN form. They also offer many other mobile carrier refill cards at a discount. Good luck! |

| No it's not possible. Whatever it says on the card for how much it is, you have to buy it for how much it is. |
