...discount? I've shopped at electronics stores, cell phone stores, and the mass merchandisers, but they all charge cover price for these cards. Is it possible to, for example, buy a $30 card for $20 or $25 in any way?

SpeedyPin Mobile (http://mobile.speedypin.com) has the Verizon (NYSE: VZ) Inpulse refill cards at discount. You can buy them online in PIN form. They also offer many other mobile carrier refill cards at a discount.

No it's not possible. Whatever it says on the card for how much it is, you have to buy it for how much it is.

i doubt you could find them discounted, since they're pretty much just like cash to the cell company. If you do find them discounted on a site like ebay, they're probably stolen.
