 if you buy a verizon cell phone off of ebay..? I wanted to buy or save up for the LG voyager. i know its a great phone. anyway the lowest plan for it was $40 tho and im not gonna pay $40 a month. Online i read you can buy them with no plan on ebay. i went to ebay to check it out. but i dont get it. if it has no plan... how is it prepaid? what kind of plan is it? i dont get it and im very confused. serious answers please  |
