 My verizon cell phone never gets service ? I just purchased a Pink Venus from Verizon (NYSE: VZ) wireless and got it activated. I am unable to send a text, recieve one, or send or receive calls. I called the Tech Support & they didnt know what to tell me. They said that towers are down in my area. But i was talking to him from my parents cell phone & they had perfect service & they also have verizon. Doesn't make much sense to me. But so you think that it could have something to do with the phone it's self ? Or would that not have anything to do with my service. My friends have the same phone & they dont have any problem, & they get 4 bars of service when they come over my house. Please help !!  |
